Net Promoter Score
Our business is sustained by satisfied customers, and according to our latest customer satisfaction survey we have a Net Promoter Score of 100. It is the maximum score – and something we are quite proud of! Almost all of our customers gave us a score of 10 out of 10, which means that they would recommend Brems & Co. We take that as a huge vote of confidence.

We have received an overall score of 4.9 out of 5 in relation to output. We always strive to challenge our customers and give them a clearly defined process and an output that creates results. Likewise, we received an overall score of 4.9 out of 5 in relation to project management. Our process is governed by our Strategy Method, which is a model developed on the basis of 7 years of work with over 100 companies and organization. The method consists of 3 phases wherein we work together with companies to understand, simplify and amplify their strategy, brand and concept.
