Martin Brems, 40 years old, former contact manager at Nørgård Mikkelsen advertising agency and Senior Marketing Manager in LEGO’s innovation department, has got off to a good start with his own strategy and innovation agency: Brems & Co.

Since May 1, he has been able to write 12 customers on the customer list. Most recently Micro Matic, where he will help Micro Matic with partly a larger European customer analysis, but also with how Micro Matic can create closer strategic collaboration opportunities with its customers on the product and marketing side.

“Martin has the somewhat unusual combination of being able to think analytically and strategically but at the same time being able to think in new business models and all the way to concrete campaign launches. It is completely unique, and we look forward to the collaboration”, says Mads Asbild, marketing manager at Micro Matic.

Among other things, Martin has has been marketing manager for the two fast-growing IT companies, Netcompany and ALSO Actebis (Børsen Gazelle) and has worked for one of the largest advertising agencies in Denmark.

For 3 years he developed new LEGO concepts and products in the heart of LEGO’s innovation department “Future Lab”, before he became commercially responsible for LEGO’s biggest product launch in 2013: Legends of Chima.

It was time to try life as an independent: “My vision with Brems & Co. is to help companies create growth through radical rethinking of their entire “go to market” strategy, including radical rethinking of new concepts, business models and brand experiences. ”

“And I have apparently found a gray area between the traditional analysis/consulting industry and the advertising industry, which is about getting really close to the customer’s business, products and customers, but at the same time being able to think commercially and in specific launches and campaigns. There are not many who can combine that today”.

The customer list includes customers such as: Micro Matic, FynBus, Brandts kunstmuseum, VisitNordjylland, Odense Municipality, Hoppekids, Kerteminde Municipality, MOEF, Odense Vinterrevy, Zjopper and Welltech.
